Job description: It is essential that prospective candidates have a strong project coordinator background and an understanding of print and POS Must be from a maintenance and warehousing background.

The project coordinator will provide support to the AM of the account and the Point head office management team.

The role shares responsibility for aspects of the day-to-day procurement, warehousing, installation and maintenance of POS within an existing point account and ensures compliance to Point procurement processes and client procurement compliance with the Point Contract and SLA adherence.

Experience in marketing in an FMCG company, advertising agency and, advertising production facility would be beneficial.

Merchandising experience would be a plus.

The project coordinator will be expected to complete their duties as part of an efficient team, and they will be authorised to carry out all operational activities.

Principal duties and responsibilities: Taking client briefs and procuring permanent POS and visual updates Tight management of CPA and timelines is required within this function High-level account administration.

Engaging with Point client services and supporting the customer relations strategy Requirements: Diploma or equivalent experience required Minimum of three to five years' professional experience in the print industry Extensive professional experience in the print procurement industry (POSM, Flat – print, 3D, electronic/digital, etc) with a strong emphasis on permanent POS and installations Previous project management experience is preferable Previous experience within marketing for an FMCG company, advertising agency, and/or advertising production facility Project management Attention to detail Excellent analytical skills Good Excel skills Strong administrative skill Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Excellent customer service skills Ability to solve problems and be highly organised Ability to think pragmatically and methodically action and track projects Must be professional and driven Account management experience is a plus Merchandising experience is a plus Ability to follow processes and manage projects from conception to delivery Technical knowledge (print and finishing knowledge/DTP skills/knowledge) Understanding of marketing environment Negotiating skills English (excellent written and verbal communication skills) Resourceful and self-reliant Highly efficient, organised, and pays attention to detail Positive outlook and calm under pressure Passionate about print Out of the box thinker and adaptable Ability to work collaboratively and be proactive The ability to motivate Apply by email: Zamo: cv@printoutsourcecom
