Project Coordinator Job Available
It is essential that prospective candidates have a strong project coordinator background and an understanding of print and POS
Must be from a maintenance and warehousing background.
The project coordinator will provide support to the AM of the account and the Point head office management team.
The role shares responsibility for aspects of the day-to-day procurement, warehousing, installation and maintenance of POS within an existing point account and ensures compliance to Point procurement processes and client procurement compliance with the Point Contract and SLA adherence.
Experience in marketing in an FMCG company, advertising agency and, advertising production facility would be beneficial.
Merchandising experience would be a plus.
The project coordinator will be expected to complete their duties as part of an efficient team, and they will be authorised to carry out all operational activities.
reporting directly to the regional operations manager and work closely with client services.
Principal duties and responsibilities:
Taking client briefs and procuring permanent POS and visual updates
Tight management of CPA and timelines is required within this function
High-level account administration.
Engaging with Point client services and supporting the customer relations strategy
Diploma or equivalent experience required
Minimum of three to five years' professional experience in the print industry
Extensive professional experience in the print procurement industry (POSM, Flat – print, 3D, electronic/digital, etc) with a strong emphasis on permanent POS and installations
Previous project management experience is preferable
Previous experience within marketing for an FMCG company, advertising agency, and/or advertising production facility
